Course Cut: Fewer teeth in relation to diameter. Designed to cut fast, particularly rip cutting. Leaves a rough finish, ideal for first fix work.

Medium Cut: General use blade, provides a relatively fast cut with an acceptable finish.

Fine Cut: Lots of teeth in comparison to diameter. A much slower cutting speed but provides a great finish for materials on show.
